We would like to congratulate 10 innovative Dutch companies that are among the European winners of a total of € 64 million in subsidies in the second round of the renewed European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator program! Two of the four companies in the field of life science received funding as a result of a partnership with FFUND: Allero Therapeutics and Gatt Technologies.
Allero Therapeutics, founded in 2016, develops immunotherapies for allergic and autoimmune disease patients, with a focus on food-related immune disorders. Allero’s SOMIT (Specific Oromucosal Immunotherapy) technology restores the natural immune system while treating the cause of the disease.
Gatt Technologies, founded in 2011, has developed the GATT-Patch: a hemostatic sealing patch that can be used in surgery instead of stitching. The financing will be used to further improve the hemostatic and sealant patches and to expand GATT’s portfolio.
Congratulations with your EIC Accelerator results!
